Hi and welcome to Bout Time Brownies.

I’m Sarah – the baker behind all the chocolate brownies here! If you’re after a great tasting fudgy, decadent, chocolate filled brownie you’re in the right place!

I’m a Taranaki girl and mum of three who loves bringing joy to people through my food. I started out in London over 20 years ago baking these brownies for friends and quickly became known as the Brownie Lady. In October 2020 I was made redundant which paved a way for me to try this baking thing for real. I’d always wanted to give it a go and figured it was now or never so Bout Time Brownies was born with the great support of my husband and family and friends. I hope you give my brownies a try and love eating them as much as I love baking them!
